Canterwood Golf & Country Club - Wine Mobility @ Canterwood Golf & Country Club
Wine Mobility March 5 | 5:30pm Combine your love of fitness and wine at our Wine Mobility event! This one-of-a-kind experience pairs yoga-inspired stretches with the perfect pour, letting you unwind and flow while sipping on your choice of red or white. Led by our skilled instructor, Zenne, you'll move through a series of calisthenic poses and movements designed to improve flexibility and balance—all while keeping your wine glass close at hand. No prior experience is needed—just a sense of fun and a love for wine! You are welcome to stick around for dinner with our fitness instructors following the class. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing Yoga matt (contact juliana.bogataj@invitedclubs.com if you do not have a matt and we may be able to provide one) Your sense of adventure (and a steady hand!) $28++ Cancellations made within 24 hours and parties that no-show will be charged for the event.
