This September, we are honored to welcome Joe Sprague, President and CEO of Hawaiian Airlines, for an inspiring interview and Q&A session with longtime PSBJ Publisher and frequent CEO interviewer, Mike Flynn. Joe’s story is one of perseverance, grit, and integrity—rising from the customer service desk at a regional airline to the top job at one of the most respected carriers in the Pacific. A longtime Seattleite, Joe’s aviation journey began at ground level—literally—and took flight as he steadily worked his way up through leadership roles at Alaska Airlines and the Port of Seattle. Today, as the CEO of Hawaiian Airlines, he’s leading with heart, honoring the cultural roots of the brand while guiding it through transformation and growth.
