In the vibrant era of the Roaring Twenties, Rolling Green emerged as a symbol of inclusivity and a century of golfing heritage. Established in 1924, our visionary founders crafted more than a golf course; they created a haven where men, women, and juniors embraced the joy of the sport together. The club's pioneering spirit included a dedicated nine-hole course for women, breaking barriers in the 1920s. As we reflect on our rich history, the 1970s stand out as a golden age for professional golf at Rolling Green. Hosting a series of prestigious tournaments, we drew some of the world's best golfers, solidifying our reputation as a global golf destination. From the Western Open Qualifier to the 1965 CDGA Senior Championship, Rolling Green is a living legacy where history, inclusivity, and top-tier tournaments converge to shape our enduring story. As we celebrate a century, we look towards the future with enthusiasm, committed to forging connections and creating memorable moments for our valued Members.

About Michael
I was born and raised in Glen Ellyn, attended Marquette University earning degrees in Finance and Marketing (2009), and lived in Chicago from 2009 -2020. In the midst of COVID my wife and I relocated temporarily to Cleveland to be closer to her family – now that some restrictions have been eased and we can more easily travel in between cities, we have decided to plant our roots in the suburbs (we just bought a home in Wheaton).
I spent the first 11 years of my career working in recycling – a field that I grew to love and still strongly advocate for (I’ll try not to be seen digging plastic out of the garbage). Aside from my interest in trash, I love playing golf (a passion that drew me to this position), live music (my wife and I would try to make it to a few shows per month pre-COVID), and sports teams that will always make me sad (Bears, White Sox, Marquette hoops, etc.).
